More about Louise Ferdinand

Hello, breast friends! Yeah, okay, that was bad. After the lengthy exchange process with Louise Ferdinand through Esty Lingerie, I received a 30HH while I was meant to receive a 32HH in exchange for my ridiculously scaled 30KK. I contacted them saying that it did not fit, and heard back that I would not be able to do another exchange as the policy is that exchanges are only done if the item is faulty (and does making and sending the wrong size count as faulty?). Anyway, I figure I have two possible courses of action right now. I can either leave the tag on and let it collect dust with my NWT 32H - Curvy Kate » Romance (CK1501) , and leave it listed for the $80 I paid for it even with the gift credit, or remove the tag and wear it despite the less than perfect fit, and drop the price slightly each time my frustration with it grows as I have done with my black 34J Panache Ariza.I plan to wear it tomorrow with the tag on and see how it goes. If anyone is interested, I have a couple of coupon codes for Esty. One for £5.99 off total price, and one for 20% off a Louise Ferdinand order. I'm hoping that will help to soften up the $80 price some.

  • That's outrageous! Remind me never to shop at Esty... I see on their page that they actually have different policies for each brand, which makes it sound a bit like they are blaming the brands and/or making certain brands less appealing to customers (if you find items you like by Brand A and Brand B but you can return A items for any reason while you're stuck with Brand B even if the RETAILER makes a mistake... guess which brand you will purchase). They are so clearly in the wrong. Perhaps you can contact LF directly and see if this is how they want Esty to be representing their brand (apparently not worth the effort of sending customers the correct size)?!
