Ewa Michalak sizing help

Hi everyone!
I'm new to Bratabase and I need a new bra urgently as my old Freya Deco in 30GG is to small and is starting to fall apart and my Bravissimo 30H is too small too, and the wires are starting to pinch me under my armpit.

I am kind of aware that I might have to order a custom made bra because my size might not fall into Ewa Michalaks usual sizes that she has in stock.
The wires in another not really fitting Panache bras and in the Bravissimo Bra are to wide for me, so I heard that Ewa Michalaks bras are the best choice for me.

What sizes can you recommend that I order?

So here are my measurements:
Band size measurement: 76cm aka 29.9 inches
Breast perimeter: 36cm
Bust measurement, leaning over: 107 cm aka 42.1 inches
