It pains me to see "before" and "after" photos of breast implant patients with the description saying "...now a full C cup" or "from 36B to 36D," and to see the bra lines that clearly show that their "new" bras are WAY to big in the band... maybe if these women found out their true size before hand they might not have gotten the surgery.... just bums me out...

At least implants are usually lighter than natural breast tissue! They're also more self-supporting (at first). Between an augmented woman with 30GG breasts and one who is that way without enhancement, the first can probably get away with crappier bras. Until gravity starts to do its thing, that is.
What drives ME up the wall is the completely, utterly, appallingly off base bra sizes that plastic surgeons use to refer to a given breast volume. YOU HAVE AN MD FIGURE IT OUT!!!
The same thing pains me more with reduction stories. Like, maybe if they'd had a bra that was actually supportive, they wouldn't have been so unhappy with their natural body.
