So, I've been wondering about the importance of unevenness. I think I may have as much as a 2 cup size difference between my left and right sides. In order to comfortably fit the left side, I invariably have puckering, gaping or empty space on the bottom of the right. I can kind of hide this by pulling up the right bra strap, but I know this isn't a great solution.
It's so pronounced that my camisoles usually look like I've pulled them way over and down toward the left side. I yank at them all day, and people notice. They'll say things like, "I think your tank top isn't on right."
So, is it a bad thing to rely on hiking up the strap on the right side for a while? Or do I need to wear only spacer bras? Or am I going to have to get custom fit bras? IS there such a company that can accommodate size difference like this? I mean, a company that won't charge me as much as a car payment for such a bra?
I can do soft bras once in a while just at home, but I honestly don't feel that this is an option for me in a more public setting.

You don't "have" to do anything. Tightening the strap is fine if it doesn't cause discomfort. Fit-wise the easiest fix is to use a small pad or "cookie" to fill out the cup on your smaller side.
I just mean, it's not bad for the tissue to tighten the strap? Would I get enough support on the right side?
