Bra with small hole in mesh--free, donate, sell cheap?
My 70G - Prima Donna » Tamise (2431) just isn't fitting me quite right since I gained even more inner fullness, and I'm reluctantly accepting it's now a hair away from tacking.
It's a lovely supportive bra BUT it has a small hole, about 2-3 millimeters, in the embroidered mesh on the top half of the cup (might have been there when I bought it, not sure). It doesn't affect the structural integrity of the cup for now, as I've stubbornly worn it 4 times since discovering the hole and it hasn't gotten bigger, but I don't know what to do with it now. Throw it out? If not, does this make it giveaway-only? Or should I just sell dead cheap?
I'm obviously not looking to recoup a bunch of money as I did wear it in the region of 12-15 times, and it's a cream color, so those never look pristine after a few wears and washes. It looks very good but you can see slight signs of wear on close inspection.
I like donating bras to charity but I really have a hangup about donating stuff that's damaged in any way--it doesn't seem right.

I usually list bras as give-aways in this situation. I do donate all of my usable clothing, household items and outgrown childrens toys locally (and giveaway older and damaged items for free curbside.) But bras I always try to list online so that there is a greater chance of matching them up with someone they will actually fit!
Yes, I feel with a donation there is no way for me to ensure that the person who buys or is given it (in the case of donating to a shelter for example) is aware that they're accepting a damaged item. With a giveaway you can communicate about that and they know what they are getting.
