The weightlessness of a good sports bra

So, I went running around a local lake yesterday, but instead of wearing one of my panache sport bras, I opted to wear one of my old compression sport bras. I think it's a size small? My reason for this was i wanted to go jump in the lake to cool down afterwards and I didn't want to risk ruining my panache. Well, holy moley, that bra did NOTHING to support my boobs while running. I felt so weighed down and heavy and off balance. And this used to be my best sports bra! I ran half the trail looking like a complete dork with my arms holding myself up. How did I used to do it????

  • I actually never owned a sports bra before I bought my shock absorber, because I knew they would do nothing for me. lol. Once I started doing light jogging, I knew I needed one. Now I'm in love (enough that I now own not one, but two.)
Shock absorber is a compression-style, so might be a good option for you for future lake-diving, if you're worried about your panache.

  • I had a very similar experience to this with my old sports bra recently. Wrong size, no support... Just ridiculous!
