Comexim!
My comexim order finally came in!! Although I have a few issues with the fit I am in love. I'll be asking for fitting help when the pictures get approved, but in the meantime I have some questions about ordering and I don't think adding them onto my actual fitting questions is the best place for them.
So first of all, I've been trying to get on their site for 3 days and it says server cannot be found! I was able to get on a few weeks ago but decided to place my first order through wellfitting because it was easier. Well, if you want alterations you need to order from the Polish site, correct? Anyone have any idea what's going on?
Also, I read in someone's bra blog that you can order in Spanish... Can anyone confirm this for me?!? My Polish is non-existent but my Spanish is pretty good so that would definitely make things easier.
This should come up in my fitting request, but info about the kinds of alterations they are/aren't willing to do would be really helpful as well.

Technically Comexims website doesn't need to work, as you place the order via email anyway.
Anna does speak fluent Spanish, I would still put Polish in the subject line when you send the email though so it doesn't get flagged as spam.
The known alterations that Comexim will do are raised or lowered gores, raised or lowered cup height, straps moved inwards on the cup, 3 hook bands instead of 2... There might be more but that's the ones I know of :)

Kind of an embarrassing question, but I haven't been able to find an answer... What exactly does cup height refer to? Is it the part of the cup that covers your breasts or how high the fabric goes up on the sides? Because the front is fine for me, but the fabric on the side digs in a little. Not the underwire but the fabric above it. The straps are also a little too wide so I'm not sure if fixing just that would help?
Totally thrilled to hear she speaks Spanish! But I just had a thought - so many bratabase users have ordered from comexim... does anyone have some translations they know are right? Like, "I want a gore reduced by x cm." Or at least what I should put in the subject line. I don't trust google translate... I know that it doesn't work that well for Spanish.
