Aaargh. My chest refuses to stop growing, and I'm 28! Over the past two years, it went up 2.5 inches and today I felt like my breasts were spilling a bit in my bras, so I measured, and sure enough, they grew another .5 inch sometime in the last week or so! (And before you ask, I finished my period four days ago, and am not bloated. My husband is convinced they're trying to take over the world. Heh.) Sigh: I also haven't gained any weight really, if anything, I may have lost a pound or two, since I've had the flu for half a week now. My ribcage is the same.

  • It's unfortunate but true that some ladies experience boob growth into their 30s. It's related to hormones, so if you were pregnant, on any kind of hormone-related medication, or even consume a lot of dsury or tofu- they all affect your boobs.

I know a lot of ladies share your frustration. I hope they slow down for you soon so you don't have to keep buying new bras!

  • I'm also still going through this, and I'm 34. :( It all started as a side effect from a medication, but continued well after I stopped taking that. I sort of just pushed myself into too-small unseamed, unpadded molded Wacoal bras for years, but that started to take a toll and cause pain. When I first started growing (again) around 7 years ago, I morphed pretty quickly into a 34F, and now I'm... Well, I'm around a 34HH/J, at least according my measurements here.

I definitely understand the frustration. It's exhausting, time-consuming and expensive growing out of your bras over and over and ugh....
