Making amazon work for ME!
Okay ladies. I did something stupid/genius today. I decided to buy a BUNCH of bras on amazon with the intent of returning them all and buying some of them from ya'll if they fit me.It should also help me figure out my shape better AND give me an idea of what to look for when eying zulily sales.
Here is my obnoxious list: Curvy Kate Lola 28DD, Freya Hopscotch Balcony 28DD, Freya Deco Underwire 28DD, Natori Sheer Convertable Plunge 30D, Freya Deco Molded Strapless 28DD, Curvy Kate Roxie 30D, Cleo Maddie 28E, Curvy Kate Smoothie 28DD, Curvy Kate Scarlet 28DD, Curvy Kate Daily Boost 28DD, Cleo Neve Plunge 28E.
A lot of these bras are ones I want to try in a different size than I have (I'm looking at you Natori Convertable and Cleo Maddie!) and some are ones that are 'tough fits' so I can't commit to one without trying it on first.
What sparked this craziness, you might ask?
A few things... First, I've been good about bills recently, second my favorite bra ever (Curvy Kate Desire) went on sale for $26. on amazon, but I don't have prime, so I would have had to pay shipping if I didn't add another bra, and third there are about 3-4 bras on here that I really want to buy, but since I have too many ill-fitting bras, I can't justify buying more from you ladies without knowing if it would fit. So I took my credit card for a spin and I'll be returning at least 10 bras to amazon within the next few weeks! I plan to take pictures and measure everyone can benefit from my crazy

Wow, you are smart/awesome! :)
Soooo... be careful about this. Make sure you save all the packaging the bras come in, keep labels looking new, etc.
Theoretically, Amazon can refund you only half the money if it has been tried on, since it's underwear. Practically, they are very particular about retaining customers, and rarely enforce this. But obviously, don't give them any reason to bring down the hammer. :)
BTW, you wear my old size, so I might be a potential seller. :)
And EDIT: Amazon does actually have the lowest prices on a lot of the the "basics," it's usually the seasonal stuff that goes on sale, so you shouldn't feel bad about keeping a few of the bras. I know it's kinda fashionable to rant against Amazon because it's a behemoth, but it does deliver exemplary customer service and makes an effort to stock a wide range. At the end of the day, it's probably the most thorough collection of small-band bras in the US, and it's decently priced. If almost all of its competition, whether a small business or another online retailer, basically denies that 28 bands are a thing, and Amazon doesn't and stocks a decent small-back selection, then I feel like Amazon does deserve a share of the market.
