I'd love some input on what size I should order in this beautiful bra. I measure 38 inches (some days 38.5) around my underbust, and 45 around my bust, and find that a UK 38F is a great fit. I've heard from almost everyone that the band on this bra runs tight, so I definitely want to bump up to a 40 band. I've also heard in some reviews that the cup runs a bit small, so I am unsure whether or not I should go for a 40E or a 40F. Is there any input from anyone who has this beautiful bra?

I have one, and it's significantly too small in the cup. I wear a 28GG in Freya and have the Parfait Casey in a 30G that fits fine, but I'd say the Charlotte fits like I'd need to go up 2 cup sizes from the 30G for it to fit.
I had it- the band ran tight and the cup ran small, so I'd go with the 40F or FF, since sizing up from a 32G to a 34G was not enough.
