central or closer straps?
My best fitting be is still the first one I tried in my correct size, a Cleo Lucy in 32f. I have the same problem in everything I have tried. The straps dig into my armpits. I also keep getting upside down 7 shape. The Deco and parfait Charlotte seem to have cups that are too tall and go way too fAr up. I feel like I'm blowing money on all these bras that kinda fit

Are you getting that shape in the Cleo Lucy?
Straps that are too wide-set, and droopiness in cups suggests you are in cups that are either too big or too wide for you. In your size range you can shop some of the US or French brands like Wacoal or Chantelle--they offer models with more centered straps, so you can also try some of those to see if it is purely a strap placement thing.
