Migration observation

So migration is happening. What I find interesting is that the pain is exactly the same as I felt when I was in my old bras with cups that had half the volume I needed. Not that surprising, but interesting.

  • Yes, you'd always want to check your cycle (where you are and whether it's regular) and for signs of pregnancy and cancer, when the breasts change. I'm safe and the same thing has happened before. As you would expect after 20+ years in the wrong bras. I'm putting this here because it's often mentioned that migration is painful and I have searched but never found a detailed description of it so there's a need to discuss it.

Actually it's a little of both. The pain started when I've been in bras and they are all too small now, but I haven't I worn one in days and it comes and goes. There's some release when I push the tissue forward. I've done the opposite for science and that's very uncomfortable.

I think the last time migration happened was when I started getting a crease at the outer side of the breasts and that time the pain was quite far back under the armpit. This time it kind of looks like that crease is spilling over and the pain has moved forward and spreads from the outer edges of the breasts.

Pain is subjective, but to me this is not the same soreness as I get during PMS. It's not distributed within the whole breast, nor are there any lumps. It's an intense version of the soreness when the breasts haven't had good support in a while and feel "tired".

Ok, time to forget the pain and shift focus!
