Lord and Taylor? Dillards?
Have any of you had success trying on bras at Lord and Taylor? I see they carry Elomi, Fantasie and Panache. I have a Lord and Taylor store much closer than Nordstrom. Of course I would call to check on the size range in stock, but I'm curious whether or not any of you have tried them?
I went to a Dillards -- a department store primarily scattered throughout the South and Midwest -- earlier this week and found that they have expanded their bra selection quite a bit. I used to find only Wacoal there in sizes over DDD, but now they're carrying a couple of Dillards brands, including one called 1st and Curve that goes up to a US size K. The quality seems decent, and although I couldn't find a perfect fit (or a band under 36 in this brand), these bras are relatively inexpensive. They also had some French brands in larger sizes -- in balconettes -- in brands I hadn't seen before, as well as Chantelle, Le Mystere and others. UK brands were rarer, but there were a few Fantasies. It seemed promising. I was able to find about 20 different models in my size range to try on, a far cry from the 6 bras at Nordstrom.
Edit: Looks like Lord and Taylor has some really good discounts on these brands too. Hm...
Also, Dillards had sale bras in larger sizes discounted as low as $7. They were having a huge sale.

I, have a dilliards near me! I will have to walk in there. Too bad I have to work today or I would go today to see about their deals. Thanks for the heads up! It sucks not having stores that carry UK or larger sizing near me, so when I hear about bra sales in larger cups, I get excited!
I have a Dillard's near me and its the only place I can find bras in my size (30DD) Plus I noticed the other day that they are carrying Jasmine & Ginger brand in a 28 band!!!!! Sadly the clearance at my store only has 4 bras in the 30 band :-/ apparently woman are finding their REAL bra size LOL
