Why do I always have the can't fill the bottom and quad boobing combination with my bras?

  • Too narrow wires maybe?

  • I get this from bras that are too shallow on bottom. A shallow lower cup causes my boobs to look for room higher in the bra, which then pushes my breasts up and out the top of the bra.

I would suggest trying bras with good lower depth and see if it rectifies the problem. The sheer and semi-sheer unlined freyas are usually good for this.

If that's not it, I also get this issue due to the V-shape of my torso - when wires are significantly too wide (though too narrow wires can absolutely cause the problem too, as teremaailma says), since my underbust is more of a funnel shape than a cylinder shape, even when the band is the right size, the bra slides down, causing the cup to sit too low, so I don't fill the bottom, but bulge out of the top because I can't get the bra to stay in the right place.
