comparing Cleo Darcy 34g with Freya Deco 34g

I admit I'm not definitely 34g whatever the bra calculator said.
I'm more likely 34gg or 36g.
Considering my 'between' size, the Deco fits quite well.
I get massive quadboob effect but I think it's because I'm on my period.
Maybe few days later, it will roughly fit me (if possible, with losing a few pounds :) )

On the other hand...
Cleo Darcy...OMG
It has a same cut with beloved 'Juna'.
I get an idea why people like Juna.
I also like its extremely(?) narrowed wires, padded cups and supportive straps.
However, I picked the completely wrong size.
Not like Freya, I don't feel this bra fits me at all.
I don't like the shape when I wear Darcy it gives to me.
My boobs seem like giant potatoes under it.
The band is 1~2cm shorter than Deco's.
I can fasten it but feel more comfortable with an extension.

Although it's too fast to decide what my size is for now
I can figure out that I prefer Freya's quality.
I prefer firm bands, wide straps, and 3 hooks as well.

  • Remember that you can link to your bras by typing @ and then the size/model name and wait for it to pop up in the menu. You can also go on your bras' pages and use the compare feature and write your review of both bras there. Just so your insights don't get lost in time and can be of help to people in the future.

I have to size up from my regular cup in both Deco and Darcy. Cleo bands often run tighter than Freyas, which are generally considered to be loose.

Sometimes bra calculators under- or overestimate size. The best thing to do is simply trying things on until you find a good fit. If possible, you can order many sizes of the same model and return the ones that don't fit. Good luck! :)

  • Oh I didn't know the link. Thank you for your advice. I'll delete this page and re-write it:)
