So I received the 30H Gem Full cup and Carys bra about a month or so ago and it was obvious in the fact that they didn't fit. I tried them both on again as I have yet to sell them and the change was obvious. All my measurements have stayed the same, but they fit so much better. The right cup, as it's my smaller breast, has a bit of gaping on the side and the gore doesn't lay completely flat because it's too wide for my breasts, but...
How do they now fit? I always swoop and scoop, so what could have changed? Any ideas?

In the pictures you uploaded originally it looked like the cups were empty at the top. If your boobs have gained fullness on top, it could be possible that your breast perimeter have remained while having fuller on top breasts now filling up the cups.
But this would be a pretty obvious change for all your bras and you'd probably notice your own boobs looking different.
