Lesson learned: do NOT put your 90% cotton bra in the machine dryer... Also, 26G bra giveaway.
I've got a lovely white Gorgeous Cotton bra with a pretty blue ribbon going through the top. It was a tad bit small for me to begin with, but it was workable. Since it's all white, I'd wash it with my white clothes and just take it out to dry when I put the rest in the washer.
Welp, this time I forgot that rather important take-it-out step because it was a pretty hectic day and I just was not paying attention.
My 30G bra is now a 26something. Since it was small to begin with, I'd guess it's really sitting around a 26G, as the cup fabric shrunk a bit too.
If you happen to need a 26G bra... shoot me a PM. It might as well go to someone who'll use it! Not sure is I should enter it in as a new bra, since it's essentially just a damaged one. If you'd like measurements to see if it'll work, let me know.

Really, you should never put ANY bra into the dryer. Not even because of shrinkage, because the wires can easily melt. In fact, in the 80s, my dad melted my mom's underwired bathing suit that way (and how I knew not to do it before I knew anything about bras). When I wore strictly VS bras, I'd put them in the washing machine and lay them out to dry. Now that I'm in properly fitted bras that I want to last, I hand wash everything and dry it all on hangers or my drying rack. It's just safer that way and it's the best thing you can do to prolong the life of your bra.
You can add the bra as what it originally was, and mark it as altered measurements. That way it won't affect anything. The measurements may match someone's search.
