Victoria's Secret live chat associates don't know how to react when the hear the size 28GG, and it's pretty hilarious!

I talked to one associate to see what size she would suggest. I told her my measurements (29.5 under bust, 39 bust) and she completely did not know how to respond. She was rather rude when she ignored multiple messages then claimed she didn't see them (maybe she really didn't, there were some connection issues), then basically said goodbye.

So I went and watched a fit video on their website (watch it, you'll cringe) and followed their instructions for measuring your band size over the bust, plugged it into their calculator and got 36C.

I went back to live chat and spoke with a much more polite associate. I explained that I wasn't sure how I got a 36C when I'm normally a 28GG UK 28J US, she asked if I measured in centimeters or inches. I explained to her that it was weird to me to measure over the bust for the band when it is worn under your breasts. She said she would forward my comment to someone higher up then politely informed me that they don't carry my size before giving me a tip for washing and storing bras (which was actually accurate).

So the best I can hope for is that my comment will actually make a difference in Victoria's Secret sizing (not). Also that the woman might be interested in what a 28GG looks like and do a google search.
