Fitted a friend!
I'm so excited because last night I fit one of my friends into a well-fitting bra!
A couple weeks ago she had been talking about how she was frustrated that she couldn't find a good strapless bra. She was looking for 32Cs, but could only find 34Bs (of course). However, just by looking at her, I guessed that she could be a 30 band, and guessed that a 30D would fit her. I was going to try and buy a cheap one for her for Christmas, but then I remembered that I had an Elle MacPherson bra that was a 32D. (And Elle MacPherson is known to run small in both the cup and the band! I can vouch for that, I bought this bra when I was a 32D and it was too small in the cup and a rather tight band. I think it fits like a 30D.)
I've been trying to get rid of this bra forever, but no one has wanted it, so I decided to let her try it on and see if she liked it. She loved it, it fit her perfectly, and she couldn't stop talking about how comfortable it was! Not to mention, she was excited to fit into a D cup, as someone who was used to being a B. Haha. I felt so proud that I was able to help her! I just had to share with everyone my excitement

I can absolutely share these feelings with you :D I have recently jumped from wearing 32D to 28F and I am extremely happy with the fit. I think a lot of women who have recently experienced having the right size bra are really excited to share it with those close to them. My best friend who had worn terribly fitting 36Cs is now happy in her new 30FFs. :D
I know, I still have to find the balance between sharing good news and pushing bras onto people, haha. This friend had been vocally upset about it, though, so I figured she would be willing to try a new size.
I have two other friends I've been working on... one has been wearing 36Cs and 36Ds, but her measurements suggest that she's a 34F or so. The other friend just told me she had been fitted into an E, which is good for a US fitting, however looking at her I guessed she could be more like a 32G or thereabouts.
