Also an Andorra question

So reviews suggest that Andorra runs a bit smaller than other Panache bras in the cups. So, I have a question: Is this true for full on bottom sizes as well? If I can wear a 23H Jasmine, do I really need to go up a cup size? I can see a considerable difference in the depth measurement, but everyone is talking about the stretchy lace, so... If I normally need about 12.5-13 inches in depth, would this work for me in a 32H? OR should I go to a 32HH? I'm mainly worried about gaping on top, as I do in most bras. But Andorra may be too shallow for me in general -- not sure.

  • I may confuse matters more, but the size you should choose has a lot to do with which season the Andorra comes from. The bra is notoriously shallow, so Panache recently upgraded the fit to make it slightly more deeper than originally. If you find one from a past season, you'll likely find you need to size up. However, if it's more recent, you'll likely need to stick with the 32H. As you stated, though, the lace is SUPER stretchy, so it'll accommodate the extra volume in a smaller size.

Personally, I'd recommend a smaller size, as that's the best way to get a more rounded shape. As it's full cup construction, it tends to provide a pointy shape if the cup volume isn't filled enough.

  • I just tried the Andorra in the new scarlet colorway and I found it being still somewhat shallow in the bottom part. I'm full on bottom and I found it quite difficult to settle into the cups. My size is 30F in the Panache Envy Balconnet Bra (7285) (similar cut to Jasmine) and in the Andorra I definitely got the better fit and the rounder shape in the 30FF.
