Should I keep it ?

I just received my new bra. It's the Freya Piper Balcony Bra (1232) in 32HH.

It looks great and all, but I have 2 issues: the band is a little too big, so I have to close it on the last row of hooks, and the center gore doesn't lay flat on my sternum.

Otherwise, it is comfortable and I don't feel the weight of my breasts hanging on my shoulders. I like it, but I wonder how will it fit after some uses, wouldn't it be too stretched ?
I want a bra that I can really rely on to support my breasts and not hurt my back.

Should I send it back ?

  • If the centre gore is already standing away from your sternum and you are having to close the bra on the last hooks it really sounds like the band is too big for you!? Unfortunately this will only get worse with wear as once the band stretches you will have no way too tighten it if you are already on the tightest hooks. I would return it if you can.

  • That's what I think too... I was hesitating because I got the bra in sale at a very interesting price :/
I can send it back but I can't buy the same exact bra. Do you think I should settle for the size 30J in Freya when I'll buy my next bra ?
What I mean is, do you think Freya bras are made on the same model and thus fit about the same way ?
