Parfait fitting help!
I just received two Parfait By Affinitas sets for Christmas - hooray! My very favorite bra is by Parfait (Parfait By Affinitas Odette Padded Bra (5201), so I requested the bras in the same size as that one: 30E. One of them fits very well (Parfait By Affinitas Anna Wire Bra (3602) but the second has some issues (Parfait By Affinitas Florence Balconet Bra (4412). The cups seem to fit relatively well in terms of volume, but the wire is wider than my Odette 30E, and the straps (the bra can go strapless) are wider set and therefore cut into my armpit. Additionally, the band felt looser than my very comfortably snug Odette.
Should I exchange it for a 28F, or 28E? My main concern is the wide-set straps, since I do not want them to cut into my armpit like that. I could go a teeny bit smaller in the cup, but not too much and I'm not sure how much smaller the 28E would get.

It looks like a 30 band is the smallest available for the Florence. You could alter the band down, bend the wires narrower, and resew the loops for the straps to attach so they're closer in. It sounds like a lot of work, but it all depends how much you like this bra and want it to work. If you've got other options for a suitable strapless I'd say let this one go
