Anyone else deal with blisters due to bands slipping? I have one spot where I regularly get them and another spot that recently appeared (and I know it's from where my band usually sits, not where it's supposed to sit-there's also a dark band from where my bra bands are sitting). I've tried tighter bands and usually that does one of two things: I spill out of the cups or can't breathe. I have no clue what the solution is.

  • That depends. Where exactly do the blisters show up? Do you know what type of movement causes them? What do you do that's causes the friction that causes the blisters? If a tighter band makes it hard to breathe, have you tried a looser band? Maybe your band is too tight to start with.

  • I'm not sure what causes them, just that when I go to take off my bra at night, I'll have blisters from where my bra has moved down during the day (the blisters are in the front and one the side with my smaller boob). My breast are heavy and I feel like I need a firm band in order to get proper support, I have a couple of larger band bras that I wear when I want something comfortable and they're worn on the tightest hook and still have plenty of room. The last bra I ordered (it has not arrived yet) is a 32K. I have the same in a 30K and I know the band is too tight and I fall out of the cups so I'm sizing up in order to see if that solves the problem but this happens in all my bras, even the one's that aren't too tight.
