Sleeping in a bra?
I was wondering what you all thought of sleeping in bras/bralettes?
I know there have probably been tons of posts regarding this already, and maybe I just cant find them correctly, but any response is appreciated.
I recently started sleeping in unwired bralettes. I know some people sleep in wired bras, probably some sleep without, but I was wondering what any of your long term experiences with sleeping in bras/bralettes or without support were? I looked online and google turned up the equivalent of "it's individual preference" without any actual advice regarding it either way. Thoughts, experiences, etc?
I'm also especially new to the site so if there is any particular way I should be filing this, I will happily take advice! :]

I've always, and I mean always, slept in a bra. From the early days of "training bras" until now. Everything just flops around and feels really uncomfortable without one. I'm realizing that my small roots are to blame for this -- there's a lot of breast tissues that hangs over/down and rubs/chafes my chest, and because the root is so small, the most dense part of my breast is the part hanging down and out, so it can flop around really painfully if not supported. So for me, underwires are necessary at all times, even when I sleep, to get everything lifted up and secured nicely. If it's caused them to sag or grow less/more than they would have otherwise... well, I have no way of knowing, I suppose.
vexingbet Thank you for your input!
I feel like wearing one would be the safest bet in terms of continued support. I have pretty wide root, and my breast tissue always slips back into my armpits, so i feel like wired support would be a good investment for sleeping... I just get nervous about comfort I guess.
