The "How to Measure Your Bra Size" article she is linking to uses the +4/+5 method.
When I'm wearing a bra sized according to this method, it won't fit me because the band is too big and the cups are too small.
Maybe she should learn a better method before ditching brafitting altogether.
Also, from http://www.realsimple.com/beauty-fashion/clothing/shopping-guide/how-to-measure-bra-size: "If you need to go down a cup size for fit, go up one band size, and vice versa. For example, if a 34C is too big for you, move to a 36B."
This would give me the same cup volume on a bigger band. This won't fix a too big cup size, but make everything worse and give you a bra that fits badly in every (!) single (!) way (!) possible (!).
