Just a reminder: Pull your bras up when you swoop and scoop!

In many of the fitting help posts, I'm seeing bras where the underwire is sitting as far as an inch below the crease. Maybe the bra just won't go up, in which case the cup depth or wire width is wrong, but I have a suspicion that many people are not making sure they have the wire in the inframammary fold. Remember, your naturally sitting breasts may cover up the crease, which is why leaning forward when swoop-and-scooping is recommended.

  • If I'm fairly narrow, projected And fairly evenly distributed or slightly full on bottom. I have a hArd time getting the wire up into my inframamary fold is this because my bra cup is to small and shallow? And can wide wires cause you to be swooping And scooping throughout the day?

  • Ohmyboobies It's hard to say based on this but it sounds like it is probably a combination of wide wires and a shallow cup. (It could also have to do with ribcage shape or various other things, but because you said you're narrow and projected that's my guess.) You might want to try a narrower wire, more projected brand like Freya unpadded or Comexim. It's also easier to fill out the bottom of a bra in unpadded bras.

There's a great guide to wire width here: http://i.imgur.com/2UVzC.png
