Apparently when I order a package from Poland, it'll get to the US just fine, but somehow goes missing between the post office a mile away and my apartment.
My EM order went out for delivery yesterday, didn't arrive by the time I left for work. Came home to a pink "missed your delivery" slip. Brought it to the post office today. The lady working there cannot find the package at all. The delivery person wrote no info on the slip, and what was written on it made no sense at all. She took down our info (I copied out the tracking info and all that for her) and said they'd search for it, but also to check at our apartment office in case the delivery person just dumped it there. Which I could do...if the office were ever open. They like to open several hours late, then take a two-hour lunch, then close an hour or two early, which means if you're lucky there's someone there four hours a day (instead of the 9 they're supposed to be open), and on weekends they frequently don't show up at all.
Also, the tracking info hasn't updated since it went out for delivery yesterday. In fact, it literally says "Status not updated".
I'm really annoyed that THIS is where there's a problem in getting my damn bra. Also, I never had problems with getting packages when I lived in Chicago, but since moving to San Antonio it's nothing but issues.
Sorry, just needed to vent for a moment.

OMG I'd be blowing a gasket!! I hope you find them very, very soon! Except . . weekend . . . which I get, because my very first Polish order arrived in RI yesterday . . . and . . uh .. weekend. So . .. wait.
I'm just like...ugh. I figured if there'd be any problems, it'd be in the Poland-to-New-York stretch of the journey, not the post-office-to-home part! I have to leave for work before the apartment office will open today, so unless they're still open when my husband gets home I won't be able to even see if they have my package until Monday.
