sleeping bra
I have been wondering, do you all wear some kind pf bra or bralette to bed? Or do you prefer sleeping with just pjs? Are there benefits to wearing something that offers a bit of support when sleeping? Whats better long term for boobies?

Ever since DC I have worn something, it used to be nursing crop tops, then secret support tops but I'm too big for them really ( and I prefer nighties). Debenhams uk do some nice nighties with secret support in their gorgeous range, or I wear old underwire bras with he wore removed. I really don't like the " flobbering" of my breasts when I roll over and it disturbs me so feel I can't wear nothing
There is no medical need and it does not prevent sagging, but some people find it more comfortable. I sleep in the nude in the summer, and just pjs in the winter. I only wore a bra to bed when I was on the pill once and my boobs were super painful
