I did it once tuttie bra bird bra. And im wearing them as strapless bra. But if I can apply silicone I wish I would. Mine is on my blog I posted it
I did once, but the bra wasn't the right shape for me to begin with so it was a dud. I think if it's the right shape and fit, it could work. But I agree that silicone elastic would be beneficial. I think you can buy silicone gel paint stuff to squeeze onto the bra, otherwise silicone elastic is available on eBay and etsy, but you'd have to replace the current elastic on the bra so it wouldn't be a quick fix.
