Recently sold a Tutti Rouge on eBay. New with tags, perfect condition. Now she leaves bad feedback saying it was not at all as pictured or described. Ugh! I hate eBay! I wish a Bratabase member had bought it, y'all are nice to work with!

Sorry about that! I have a love/hate relationship with selling things on eBay. They kind of have the monopoly on selling things to a wide audience online, but you also have to contend with (sometimes) unreasonable buyers, and ridiculous seller's fees every month -- which of course only increase if your ratings aren't up to snuff.
Make sure to contact her and ask what the problem was / photos of the product she received. Buyers can revise their feedback if they accidentally left it for the wrong item or have a problem resolved. If she won't respond, she's just being a jerk. Don't let her get you into a flame war, though. Above all, be professional.
Afterwards, make sure you comment on her feedback in a respectful, polite tone. That way, potential buyers can see your side of the story when they look at your feedback.
