Comexim Saga...what the heck?!

I'm so confused. I sent the return of my Joy Longline about a month ago. Contacted Comexim this Wednesday to see if they had received it, and Anna said they hadn't! I tried to figure out what was going on; the whole thing was so stressful (and in another language!). Yesterday, I resolved that if Polish post didn't contact me back I was just going to forget about it.

Today, a package from Comexim showed up at my door. Behold, the exchange had arrived anyway, without prior notice at all!

But something is wrong. The inside seams aren't finished, there is light staining on a small part of the bra, and the bra is absolutely a cup size wrong (it's like they mislabeled a 70H or HH as a 70G). Augh! I don't know what to do...I feel bad about harassing Anna again. I felt the high of seeing my new Comexim far sooner than I'd hoped crash into a pit of despair since it is so horribly wrong and I will have to start the whole process over again...

I needed to vent this somewhere, bratabase peeps. Thank you, especially those of you that have to wait many weeks for overseas orders, for understanding. :/

  • OMG how frustrating! I guess this is why a lot of people order their Comexims through a US retailer? I think? I forget the name - wait, wellfitting?

  • My first two Comexims came through Wellfitting. I thought that since the price was more manageable for me, I would order direct this time (plus, they still ship straight from Comexim to your address; they don't really keep stock in California, at least not when I ordered). No problem in getting my first direct order, one of the bras fits like a dream, but trying to do this returns thing is getting ridiculous.
