Strapless bras for short roots?

So I got my 30G - Cleo » Koko Icon Moulded Strapless Bra (7920) in the mail today. The design features are really smart: silicone edging to keep the band up, foam padding around the wires to keep it comfy, cute little inscription on the inside wires. But for the shape I had the same problems I had with the Wonderbra Ultimate Strapless, the cups are soooo tall they're almost up to my collarbones. so I was wondering:
1. Is this just a common grading problem with large-cup strapless bras?
2. Does anyone have a recommendation for a strapless with shorter cups? (I still need wide wires, so no deco for me)
3. Would exchanging for a 32FF help at all? I did have to put an extender on the band cuz it runs a little tight.

  • It's not going to help. The Cleo Neve Strapless and the Cleo Koko Icon are just made for tall rooted people.

the b.delight’d by b.tempt'd strapless and the betsey johnson forever perfect strapless were made for short rooted people but they don't go beyond 32E. It is possible that the Curvy Kate Luxe Strapless, any of EM's strapless bras (EM is a moral hazard for me), and the Gossard Superboost Satin Strapless

  • That's what I figured. Have you tried that Gossard Superboost? It has a big push-up pad in it, right? I'm worried I'd fall out of it, lol.
