Emailing Comexim...

Ive heard so many different things about how to email Comexim. Im just curious to hear how you all go about it because it really intimidates me! I know some just email in English or both English and the Polish translation. But ive heard using a translator is almost worthless and does not end up making any sense. I need a lot of alterations so i am scared to get something mixed up! I usually order through A Sophisticated Pair but she only orders once a month... Its not enough for me! I need moreeeee! I have a problem ;) Anywhooo awhile ago i had emailed about Joy and i used the Polish translation guide on Reddit. That was super helpful. But it doesnt include anything about moving the straps in a bit :( Thats the last little piece im missing. So im just curious, how do you email Comexim? Thanks! :)

  • I had the same problem! When I emailed them, I used English and the reddit guide, but yep, there's nothing about straps. I had to google translate it, and I can only imagine what the translation actually came across as for poor Comexim. I bet "straps" translates to "harness" or something, since "cup" translates often to "goblet" or "chalice" for them. Hoping someone has a good answer for this, too!

  • I don't know if this is helpful, but Anna from Comexim speaks fluent Spanish and if you speak the language then you can communicate pretty easily that way.
