• Unless there's a double blind peer reviewed study that proves this product works, I doubt this actually does anything.

• I used another system many years ago that used phyto-estrogens in plants to increase breast mass (Fennel, yam, fenugreek, etc.). I went up about half a cup size after about six months of use. I stopped using it after seeing no size increase for six months beyond that.

  Seriously, even pregnancy and nursing didn't make my chest bigger.

  I'm 37 years old now. My currently slowing metabolism and love of carbs are the only two things that have ever made my boobs (and waist) grow.

  Also, this: excessive estrogen, including that from phyto-estrogens, can increase your risk for certain cancers, so please make sure that the potential benefits outweigh the risks. It's a completely personal decision, so I wish you luck with whatever you choose.
