Today, little sister listened to big sister's awful recount of being the target of 'mean girl' body snarking and after all was said and done...little sister says, with a total deadpan expression..."You want I should beat them up? This can be done. For a price."
I couldn't be more proud. Well, maybe if they also would get around to doing laundry or at least not making me have to go into stinky hampers, then I think my heart would explode with all the pride and feels. I do see a future need for a conversation on why there have to be limits on running around like a capitalist profiteer unless you've got a job on Wall Street. Negotiation of exchanging chores or the tv viewing privilege of 'holding the remote control' are acceptable, but I don't plan on writing the minis weekly paychecks without them doing any kind of work to earn that allowance!

As long as neither mini decides to 'borrow' my clothing, or becomes so overwhelmed with curiosity that they just have to see what is kept in the giant rolling tool storage made by Craftsman and has a bunch of locks...don't want to come in to discover them scarred for life...some things can never be unseen. Hence, all the locks. And hiding the bolt cutters.
