Hi all you bra gurus!
I have a question: I dearly love unpadded, transparent, lacy half cup style bras and have struggled to find them in my size, until I recently discovered the Ewa Michalak Hm bras, which look fantastic!
However, I am concerned with the narrowness of the wires on those EM bras. I compared the various measurements of my own favorite half cup bra with some of the EM HM bras out here, and I find the EM bra that is most similar in almost every measurement has one big difference: the cup width is a good 3,5 cm smaller.
I keep reading that EM has narrow wires, and I have fairly wide set, wide rooted, and shallow-ish breasts (which is probably why most half cups styles from brands like Freya seem to work well on me).
My question to you is: do you think a EM HM bra could work on me? Or should I stay away from them and stick to other brands?

If you're sure the Ewa Michalak bras are 3.5 cm narrower than the bras that fit you well now, you might want to wait until tissue migration happens. If you started wearing your first well fitting bra around the time of its review, June 4th of this year, your boobs are quite possibly going to change shape and/or size over the next one to two years. Then those beautiful EM bras will stop fitting before too long, and you'll be sad. In other words, do as I say, and not as I do, lol.
Not everybody experiences tissue migration, but plenty of people do.
I'd say be ready to buy new bras to accommodate shape or size changes in two to three months. Maybe reexamine your boob width then, in case you need narrower wires and can see EM working for you.
If the meantime, I suggest Parfait by Affinitas Casey or Jeanie for more traditional cleavage. Jeanie is available in 32G in European Nude on Amazon now for $35.90 and free shipping.
There are other Polish brands that offer average or wider wires, it's not Ewa or nothing! There are also a few French brands that have this style of bra in a 32G but you probably need to try before you buy.
