No, for safety/privacy reasons there isn't a user search function. If there's a particular user you like reading about or in the same range as you, you can 'follow' them. Next time they post, click their username to get to their profile and select follow. Then to find them again they'll be in your own profile under 'following'.

You could try Google, searching for " bratabase" sometimes work, since chances are the username text is dropped in adventures or reviews and some of those get indexed.
