Hi ladies! I'm new here haha and I need help bra wise. You seem like the experts, I was just certainly sized at 30F which sent me into shock, I have always worn Victorias Secret bras in a 32dd but I now realize i am not that size. The problem is that I have always had a difficult time getting cleavage, maybe my breasts are wide set or I am shallow, I don't think I'm shallow though but my difficulty is that I can't get cleavage easily at all. I have never tried on a 32F bra on so maybe when I do my eyes will be opened to a whole new world and I'll magically get cleavage! But somethings telling me I probably won't get any even if I'm wearing the proper bra, I have a lot of space between my breasts if that makes sense..?

Basically I need a push up bra as my bras decide to hide themselves away…as usual. What can I say haha they are shy?? In all seriousness I do have perky breasts I work out often. I started working out to reduce my breast size in the first place. I have always envied small breasts, since I am still growing and in my teens but I feel like that had a reserve effect on me. So now I have perky breasts that refuse to come together to give me cleavage. Do any of you know of any bras that could give me cleavage and fit my tatas? Please bra goddesses help me find a bra that can give me great cleavage along with my size. And if this question can be answered what's the difference between a 32DD and 30F? Is it a big one? Thank you so much!!

  • Ahhh I just commented and accidentally deleted it.

I never got cleavage in my poor fitting bras. A little pushup, but an awkward looking one.

I'm splayed, but closer set once lifted. I'd recommend keeping your eyes out for Ewa Ch/chp (maybe someone else can chime in here with size suggestions because I'm new to Ewa Michalak bras), Comexim plunges, and Freya Deco. They all work pretty nicely for me, personally and seem to be good cleavage /uplifting bras from reviews I've read.

You might want to try 65H or 70G in Comexim(I'm 30E and seem good with 65G), and Freya Deco is available in 30F.

Those 3 are pretty narrow wired also, so you may want to try figuring out your root width :)
If you have wide roots(tissue goes under your armpits), they could sit on your breast tissue.

Maybe someone else knows some good cleavage-y bras for wide roots?

If you're super wide set or shallow, that may explain, but I'm sure you can still find something for cleavage. Here's something that may be helpful:

  • Also, the difference between 32DD and 30F is one cup volume. So basically, 30F=the same cup volume as 32DDD, with a 32" ribcage. So 32DDD is a sister size to 30F.

For sister sizing, basically go up a band and down a letter, or down one band, and up a letter.
    Example: 30F= 32E/DDD, or down a band 30F= 28FF.
