Comexim basic?
I want to order the Comexim basic in Black. I've heard it runs small in the band and cup. It seems as though my size in Comexim is a 75F (I have the Arizona in a 75F and it fits perfectly). Should I go up a size in the cup and band for the Basic bra? How stretchy is it? I wear my 75F Arizona on the loosest hook and it's pretty snug (but comfortable).

I have a Comexim Basic. I wasn't sure of my size in that model either,for all the same reasons you name. So I went through Wellfitting.com, who have a generous return policy and since they are US-based I wasn't going to have to pay return shipping to Poland! They were super helpful in helping me decide what two sizes I wanted to try. I am a projected, even & narrow 32F; my other Comexims are 70F. In the Basic I tried a 70FF and a 75F; that would be +1 cup/same band and +1 cup/+1 band. The 70FF was ridiculously small in the cup and too tight to even fasten; the wires distorted from the pull. The 75F fits OK, a little snug up top and a little too shallow at the bottom, but I wouldn't want to go up another cup because I'm pretty sure there would be gaping at the center by the gore. The band is comfortably tight on the last hook (if I want a slightly more relaxed fit to wear it all day & night I often use an extender) and not very stretchy at all. I also considered getting reduced cups because I had read about that here. Wellfitting said try these first, if you don't like just return them and custom-order reduced cup which is NOT returnable, and that seemed like good advice! The cups are not too tall but the wings are a smidge too high into my pits. They don't irritate or rub, but I know it's there. Which is a small price to pay for such a terrific shape and coverage in a well-made everyday bra! Also, the return of the 70FF was seamless and quick. So yes, order up a band and a cup!
Thank you soooo much for that!!!! I think I will try going up one cup and one band size then - so I guess a 80F (on Wellfitting is that a 36DDD?). I'm definitely going to go through Wellfitting for the Basic too. I actually emailed them on Thursday but haven't heard from them yet. Do you know how quick they usually are with responding to emails? Also, have you found that you needed to size up with any other Comexim styles? I was thinking of eventually trying the Irish Coffee and Ingrid directly from their site.
