A Letter to The Little Bra Company
Because I have important things to procrastinate right now, I wrote an email to a lingerie manufacturer. Let's hope they respond. If anyone is interested, this is what I wrote:
Hello,
My name is Cora and I am 20 years old. I currently own one 30C Lucia I bought from Journelle and I love how tight the band is! Just a little tighter and it would be perfect. The cups are a bit small though. I have a few questions:
1. Are there plans to release underwired UNlined bras? Not all petites want padding thick enough to put a pornstar to shame. A sheer lace demi is all I need to feel sexy -- without pretending the girls are 3 sizes bigger than they are. Your slogan is "Good things come in small packages" not "Small things come in deceptively large packages."
2. Are there plans to release some bras in 28D? This is perfectly within your target demographic: 28D is very petite and excruciatingly difficult to find. Yet, if you look at online bra-fitting communities like r/abrathatfits and Bratabase, 28D is a commonly measured size! The Little Bra Company would be much more frequently recommended to petites struggling to find well-fitting bras if you carried it. I would personally be first in line to splurge on a 28D Sascha.
3. Why on earth do you recommend the +4 sizing method? You carry a respectable range of sizes under 32A, which is your main selling point. Your hard to find petite sizes are what make you more appealing than Victoria's Secret and every other 32A-38DD brand ever.
So why don't you encourage correct sizing? Wouldn't that make life easier for everybody? Your customers get a better fit that they aren't immediately fastening on the tightest hooks, and you get to cash in on all the 32A wearers who actually need 28C and therefore are sized out of other brands. If you have no idea what I'm rambling about, I suggest a quick visit to the sidebar of www.reddit.com/r/abrathatfits .
Thank you so much for your time,

haha, love it! Let's see if they get back to you with something useful (and/or funny).
Yeah the only unlined bra they've got is Georgette and it's so ugly. I wouldn't want to pay $50+ for something that looks like a training bra.
