Yesterday I visited one of my very favorite places - A Sophisticated Pair! She is having an awesome sale this month! I was able to pick up the Panache jasmine for 50% off - in the pink/black houndstooth that I have been coveting.

I also tried on a Tutti Rouge Tutti Rouge Nichole Bra and it was AMAZING. She had one for 50% off but it was a 32HH and fit me comfortably on the tightest hook. She told me I would need a 30J. Upon returning home, I scoured the internet searching for a Nichole in a 30J. Couldn't find one anywhere. Historically they have been available in this size. Contacted Tutti Rouge through their IG account - apparently, they no longer offer the Nichole in a J cup! She didn't outright say that, she said "try Liliana, Fifi, or Eliza, they go up to a J cup!" Liliana doesn't work with my shape, and I highly doubt any half cup bras will work for me, either. I am now wishing I would've gotten that Nichole in the sister size. It would've been I think $25. But I know once I wash it a couple times it is going to need to be tightened - and I won't have any hooks left to tighten it with. I have previously altered a worn out bra by sewing over the band, it didn't make a huge difference. I would be open to other methods, if anybody could tell me that it would work, and be worth me spending $25 on a bra that I need to alter.

I was so happy to find a totally new bra that would work for me - then to find out that the company stopped carrying it in my size is quite disheartening. :(

I also ordered a @panache Panache Clara Balconnet (7255) off amazon in the very pretty sorbet/sherbet color. I really really need a nude color bra - apparently it's not happening any time soon.

I tried on a few more Comexim bras - I have tried many of their padded models and they just don't work. My breasts are not at all shaped like the cups. They make my boobs into a square. Looking down at my chest, my breasts in the cups literally look like a box. I have a lot of tissue in the center of my breasts and there is no bra cup there. One of the bras I tried was altered from the manufacturer with the higher center gore and reduced cups - still didn't work. I just don't think padded bras are for me.
