I hate button blouses, always have since developing breasts. I used to think that the makers were just skimping on buttons and placing them farther and farther apart giving wears that horrible button 'gapiosis'.
So after years ( and I do mean YEARS) of not wearing blouses (I am 61) I started to, about 5 years ago to wear them again, occasionally and then more frequently as my solution finally proved successful.
I have large breasts and up until last month, wore horrible wrong sized bras that didn't do much for my shape or self esteem. Blouses that fit my shoulders would not fit my chest. Blouses that fit my chest made me look like I was wearing a tent and the shoulder seem would reach about 1/3 of the way to my elbow. Blah.
I bought a nice blouse on sale for camping. Loved the plaid print and the light stretchy material. It had princess seems. Perfect for my figure. It /almost/ fit my chest.. almost, but I bought it anyway and another in green plaid.
I went home, and sewed the shirts closed with tiny stitches so no one would be able to notice over the part of the placket that would gap (it's the 2 middle buttons).
I put the shirts on over my head without any trouble and the shirts fit my shoulders now and my bust. They actually fit better now with good fitting bras, but still, I have confidence that they don't gap any more, it's easier to dress and wear them and it even works for woven blouses.
I still love my tees and polo shirts, but now, I can wear a blouse and not look slovenly or pregnant (although, now I don't think anyone would think I was pregnant..lol)
And that is how I deal with 'gapiosis'

Try Biu Biu or Urkye. They're both Polish clothing sites and you can actually button the buttons.
I have this same problem. I can most likely where a Medium or Large sized button down and it fit everything BUT my chest. My chest requires a 2XL. I can't find any button downs anymore that look ok unless they are very stretchy. Shirts used to fit when I was wearing the wrong size bra. Now they don't. The ones that did fit me before, they come up so short on the bottom that I look ridiculous! I would love to try the sites suggested above ^ but I'm afraid to!
