Freya bands being annoying + small update
Lately I've been wearing Decos a lot because I feel like my EM's are both too snug, and all my other bras feel somewhat too big.
Hoping this is just temporary, as I've racked up quite a collection and I love every single one I own.
So anyway, I've noticed with Decos and actually, all the other Freyas I've owned besides the longlines, that the bands are super stretchy, but that doesn't stop them from feeling uncomfortably tight.
I feel like that has a lot to do with the fabric covering the elastic but idk. :/
Has anyone else noticed this?
It was the worst on my Freya Rio, which left scars on the sides of my boobs from the harsh wires.
It made me super sad because it gave a nice shape and I was really looking forward to that model, but I can't deal with a bra actually cutting me.
Lol
I considered sizing up, but I have a 29" ribcage and Freyas are super stretchy, so I'm confused.
As for the update, I apologize for being MIA.
I ended up having some personal problems and then being worked every day by a new job (something I didn't agree on). Like, up to 8 days straight with maybe a day off (yes it's legal), when my hiring manager told me I'd be working 12-15 hour weeks.
I'm just getting back into working again, and thought that would be such a nice start and hopefully I could gradually increase my hours and find other work.
The first week was great, and then things got bad.
Lots of other things the hiring manager told me turned out to be false, I can't deal with the public anymore (I signed in on my register one morning to a customer calling me a "dumb asshole", grabbing a scanner from my hand, and almost throwing it at me. I have PTSD, and am already freaked out by confrontation, so BS like this is just not ok), I won't do things that aren't in my job description like I did at 18, and I can't forfeit all normal human interaction for bare minimum wage.
So, I quit and got a job back at Amazon. Which means I will finally have days off again and some free time to post(and money).
And bonus: No more scary angry old men. Lol

Hey, welcome back!
Ugh, sorry about the BS at work. Nobody deserves to be treated that way. And what sort of customer behaves that way? People seem to completely lack any sort of decency or respect anymore. :/
What's Amazon like to work for? How do you even get a job with them? Is it from home?
My bands are feeling tight right now too. Honestly, I think it's the weather. It's hot, humid, and miserable. I'm very aware of the lower portion of elastic on my bras when I'm normally not. It's a problem that seems to more or less disappear when I'm in an air conditioned environment.
I feel the same about Freyas mysteriously loose-tight bands. Just started wearing Comexim and am having no issues. I never believed a band wouldn't dig into me (like rash deep) because of Freya and Cleo, but now I have lovely Comexim :)
