Trying out an Elomi Caitlin in nude for the first time. It seems like the band has expanded a bit quickly. I went from the widest hooks to the middle hooks quite rapidly, maybe a week and a half. Does that seem normal? I'm used to a bit more time between the band stretching with limited wearing??

My elomis are like that - I moved from the first hooks to the second set pretty quickly, but I haven't had to move to the tightest hooks yet on any of them, and one I've had for a year and wear a ton (it was the only fitting bra I owned for about a month). Bands on Elomi bras tend to run large so it's likely just because of that.
Thank you so much for commenting! I feel quite relieved now. I was woried that I'd made a mistake. I've worn the bra twice since then and the middle hooks are just fine. Maybe they do run large in the band, but it's comfortable on the mid. I'll see how it goes and comment if it changes, but I feel less stressed now. Thank you!
