After a long twilight struggle, I finally found bra happiness with the Cleo Marcie... and so I've ordered like four other Cleo bras in the hopes of finding another style that also suits me. Fairly even fullness, but deeeefinitely full enough on top that I've had bras quad while being wrinkly at the bottoms.
Considering I really was thinking I absolutely HAD to go Comexim in order to get a decent fit, this was a really lovely surprise. I am now up to a total of three bras that fit well and make my breasts look nice.
On a side note: I took a trip to the Store of Lingerie in Denver, CO, and dragged a friend with me. I've only ever had good experiences there, but that particular trip was kind of a letdown. First they sized my friend incorrectly (said friend had to repeatedly point out quadding before the fitter conceded to let them try a larger cup), then tried to sell me on another Empreinte bra.
I should stress two things. First of all, that Empreinte bras are, in the States, very costly. My previous bra from the company was ~$180 USD. Second of all, that I had come in wearing my previous Empreinte, and that my fitter had immediately put it onto the tightest hook, citing it being stretched out. This was after I mentioned to her that I'd purchased it in... December, 2014.
With this in mind, note that this woman bought me another one, put me into it, and said she liked the lift it gave me even better than the one I had been wearing.
Now let's put this all together. I had already paid $180 for a bra that was, after only owning it for nine months, stretched out so badly that even on the tightest hook it was no longer giving me as much lift as a new bra -- and this sales girl thought she was going to sell me on another one by the same company. HA, I say. A loud, sustained HAHAHA.
I got a Prima Donna, which is still overpriced (~$120), but which had a much firmer band, and was decidedly less itchy. (Sorry Melody, I loved you for a while there.) And I have very mixed feelings on this, since I know I remember PD being too tight for me before (several years back, when I was a different size), to the point where I bought one and then never wore it... so I feel like my whole shape is changing. And even if it's changing in a nice way (being able to wear Cleo and PD when previously the bands felt too tight, but not too tight enough really to go up a size) that's still kind of discouraging. We're just never going to find a bra company/style we can wear for life, are we. It's always gonna be a matter of changing it up every few years.

I tried a prima donna once in a shop, and was surprised how comfy it was, but I didnt like it enough to spend that kinda money. I thought the fantasie jana side support was rather similar (at least in how comfy) but much cheaper. But i ended up not liking that enough to keep, either.
The only bra thats really REALLY fit me so far is panache floris.
like, the PD is pretty great, but I did have to revise my expectations a little. I feel like maaaaybe the wires are a bit wide, and that's why it's flattening me off on the sides? But it really looks fine in the mirror, from all angles except straight down.
But I mostly bought it just because... only one other bra that actually fits, you know? That's no way to live. :(
I'm also enjoying my Decent Exposures un-bra! Great for lounging and sleeping. :)
