Uuurrgghhh, HOW can it be this ridiculously hard every single time I’m trying to order something? I absolutely love the bras, but the lousy customer service (namely, Dominik) almost makes me want to drop the whole thing.
I’ve understood from discussions here on Bratabase that with questions regarding sizing and like it’s more helpful to ask them on their Facebook page, am I right? Via email it proved to be completely impossible, I’ve only been referred to their size calculator, which gives me the wrong size and isn’t of much help when I’d need to know the stretchiness of a specific model etc. Especially frustrating when you’re trying to order a custom-sized bra which is non-refundable in case it doesn’t fit. You’d expect a bit more collaboration in such cases...
The latest thing that really made me lose my nerve was that you can’t pay with a bank transfer even though their website explicitly reads: “International buyers may pay either per Paypal or by bank transfer (both in advance).” Since I live in the SEPA area, I would have wanted to pay via bank transfer and save the 6% PayPal fee. I got a reply: “We don't like bank transfers from customers. The best way to pay in our shop is paypal”, after which I asked why it was mentioned as a payment option in the first place. “Because it is possible but not comfortable for You and us.”
Uh, excuse me? I find it fairly comfortable to not pay for something I definitely don’t need. Especially not since PayPal tries every friggin’ time to charge me roughly 12% or some other arbitrary extra amount instead of ‘just’ the 6%, and I separately have to ask for a payment request with the correct sum. I tried to insist on paying via bank transfer, and finally got the reply “I spoked with my boss and She said that You can't pay in another way than by paypal.”
Then why for goodness’ sake is bank transfer given as a payment option?!
I almost thought I had overcome most obstacles now that I've figured out I need to order my EM bras (CHP, HP and HM) in 65H and don’t need to try and pump any information from the CS. But clearly the well of reasons for frustration is bottomless...

I have always paid by bank transfer. If they're phasing it out I will stop ordering from them. I have read too many stories about Paypal's high-handed decisions to be willing to use this pseudo-bank.
Well that was interesting... So not only do their customer service suck as a whole, they also treat customers differently? :P
