Bye Bye Boobies

I was talking to an old friend of mine today whom I haven't heard from a while. We chatted online and she was telling me how she has been on a hardbody producing eating and fitness regime in the last two years or so and how she was happy to be "in shape". I was kinda shocked hearing this because she has never been interested or involved in any sports in our teen days. As the conversation went on, it turned out that she's lost most of her breast tissue in this process, so she is looking for heavily padded push up bras. I'm guessing she used to be a 34 A/B, so no idea what size she would be now and I don't think she does either. I would like to help her with some suggestions, but I'm completely clueless, as my problem is the opposite: boobies keep growing!
Made me think though - is this the solution to boob growth? Weightlifting?

  • I don't know about weightlifting, but my boobs will fluctuate 2-3 sizes depending on my fitness level.

    When I was training for a marathon, I wore a 30E, and a 30F during PMS.

When I was out of shape (hadn't run in 6 months or so) and was on birth control, I wore a solid 30FF/32F, edging in on 30G.

Now that I'm exercising regularly again and went off birth control, I'm back down to a 30F, and may need to go down to a 30E in some styles.

Boobs do have some fat in them, just like the rest of your body. Some people gain weight in the hips, others the tummy, others the boobs. When I put on weight, its in my boobs and my stomach. I have a very flat butt whether I'm in shape or not :P . But likewise you can lose weight from any/all of these areas (you can even lose weight from your arms and face!). It all depends on you and your body.

  • too bad I'm way too lazy. Seriously tho I get exhausted from excercise - and not the good kind. The first few weeks I did martial arts classes, I was so exhausted I couldnt do anything at all for a day and a half after the intro class. I did work up some stamina, but omg my body sucks.
