More VS Nonsense
Let me preface this by saying I dislike perpetuating the VS hate because I try to be positive about things in general, but................
Yesterday I got together with my mom and sister. As often happens, somehow we ended up on the subject of bras and bra shopping. My mom actually changed her size about a year ago on my recommendation (yay!) and now she may actually try going another band size down and cup size up.
My sister then mentioned that she went on a shopping spree at VS just the other day. Me being myself, I immediately told her she was in the wrong size. I knew this without even looking or asking what size she bought because I've previously measured her and she has a ribcage of 27.5" (70cm). In my opinion, she should be in about a 30E. Her response? "But I know it's right because I got a fitting this time." (Can you see me rolling my eyes?)
Needless to say, a very lively sibling banter ensued, and then my mom scolded me for aggravating my sister. Yes, even as a grown adult with children of your own, your mom can still yell at you for fighting with your sister. (LOL)
I could have *almost* accepted the whole thing if they had put her in a 32. I could almost see that. But they did not. They put ............ her ............ in .......... a ............ 34.

lol awful! and trust me, my mom still . . . . ok, seriously, when she was really upset, she asked me to apologize to my sister for what my daughter said to her. Uh . . . they are both crazy and mean. My daughter and I havent spoken in a year (and yes, I've sent her 2 emails since then, she is ignoring me) . . my sister and i its been at least 4. But she still wants me to make nice!
A little off topic, but I read the title as "more versus nonsense" and I was quite intrigued :D On topic, sorry to hear these stories..
