3D Kamea is the style for smaller breasts so the cups will be wider and shallower. The gores are typically lower and there's less immediate projection. The cups are lower coverage. The S Kamea has considerable immediate projection and average wire width (I own it in 65F).
Looking at this comparison, would you say that these two cup sizes are fairly similar in volume?
