The Waiting Game
Still antsy about my Anna Pardal For Comexim order from August.
I emailed about it on the 8th, since it had been upward of 6 weeks with no word and no package. She replied that the company is going through growing pains-- more demand than their facilities can accommodate in a timely manner. She said it should arrive at her office early that week and be shipped within 48 hours of that.
Their website says you'll receive an email when your order is shipped. I haven't had a notification. I don't want to bug them when I know they're swamped, but it's hard to wait, not knowing if it's actually done being made/ever made it to her office/got shipped.

all I got is a lot of sympathy. I mean, i'm anxious too, but . . august?!!
I do have 2 EMs currently being made, but if they arent here in 3 weeks I'll be surprised. I also have a clearance floris coming in . . . its in transit locally and should be here tomorrow . . cuz i've outgrown everything, boo hiss, so this is supposed to tide me over until my EMs get here. But now I think I already went back down? Stupid hormone fluctations
I'm in a similar position with Comexim. Well, sort of.
I emailed them my order, and I didn't hear anything back. So, I did it again in Polish. Nothing. I mentioned it on their Facebook page, they told me to email them again. I did in Polish and English. Joanna told me my order was in process, but I haven't paid. I have no idea if anything is being sewn, I'm afraid to just PayPal them money, because I have no number to reference.
So, it's in limbo. Is it being sewn and they'll email me for payment when they realize there hasn't been one? Should I pay them now? Start over? Purchase over the website then email them for the changes I want? What if that means I now have two orders? I have no idea.
